HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping worldwide. Depending on where you live, you may be subjected to duties and taxes which is not covered by Anna Swimwear. Please keep this in mind when wishing to exchange an item, you may be charged again. You may wish to inquire with your local customs office about total charges you may incur. All International orders will be shipped from our distribution warehouse located in Hong Kong. All orders within the US will be shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We will usually ship via DHL Express. Courier changes may occur depending on which service is best based on location. Please allow 1-2 days to pick and pack and 3-7 working days for deliveries. We do not ship on weekends. Please make sure there is someone at the provided address to accept the delivery. Some couriers may or may not require a signature upon delivery.
There can be the occasional courier delay, which may affect your delivery time frame. Anna Swimwear will not be liable for third party delays.
All orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday.
An email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched.
*Note that we can not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternative address.
Payments can be made using your Credit Card or Paypal Account.
Please make sure to provide us with your correct email address. All necessary information regarding your order will be sent to your email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept exchanges on all our pieces. Please choose your items carefully as we will only exchange an item ONCE.
If an item does not fit to your liking, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
For exchanges, we only ask that the following requirements are met:
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
- Try on your pieces over underwear
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- The item is sent back within 30 days of receiving it.
We do not accept returns on any regular items or sale items, except in the instance of a faulty product. This includes purchases used with a promo code. *All sale items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges or returns on these items.
ARE EXCHANGES FREE?
Yes, exchanges are free and we will even happily reimburse you for your return shipping expense (Up to $20 USD which should cover all shipping costs via regular post). Depending on where you live, you may be subjected to duties or taxes, Anna Swimwear cannot be liable for these charges.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange.
HOW DO I ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE?
Kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you are wanting to arrange an exchange. Print and fill out the return form found here. Include the form with the item(s) you are wishing to exchange. Kindly follow these requirements when sending the item(s) back:
- To save cost on shipping, include only the original pieces with the return form in the plastic bag the suit comes in. Please do not send the packaging box back.
- Ship using regular post and not express post.
We will reimburse you for up to US$20 of the return shipping expense. Once we receive the item(s) and check it, we will issue you a code to then re-order your desired piece online at our website. This way we can properly track your order and make sure it gets to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that our pieces are limited and may be out of stock by the time you arrange for the exchange. If this situation occurs we will issue you a store credit to be used at any time.
Exchanged/replacement pieces will be shipped via DHL Express.
Please note we cannot be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Melbourne, Australia, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns. Our return address is provided in our return form.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
We try to process exchanges as quickly as possible, but we do need to receive the exchanged item before sending out a new one.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. We will happily replace the piece.
